不知道大家有没有发现到市面上售卖的瓶装水，有的盖子是蓝色的，有的是白色。而且白色瓶盖的水往往都比蓝色瓶盖的来得便宜一些。究竟这只是生产商随意挑选的颜色，还是其实另有含义呢？。
一般人或许没有留意到，对他们来说不管瓶盖什么颜色，他们都把这些无色无味的水统一称作矿泉水。但其实当中的差别可大了！以前不懂的朋友现在一定要弄懂啊！。
1、白色瓶盖
白色瓶盖的瓶装水其实应该称作『饮用水（Drinking Water）』。简单来说，饮用水源自于水供公司，经过重新过滤后再卖到市场上。由于这种水在生产的过程中经过了加工，导致水里原有的物质大大地流失，所以价格也相对的来得便宜。
2、蓝色/绿色瓶盖
拥有蓝色/绿色的瓶装水才是『矿泉水（Mineral Water）』。但矿泉水又可分为两种：天然矿泉水（Natural Mineral Water）和矿物质水（Mineral Water）。
天然矿泉水包括江河、海洋、冰川、湖泊和土壤、岩石层内的地下水等天然水体，不是从公共供水系统引出。只需经过基本过滤，去除原水中极少的杂质和有害物质，同时保留对人体有益的矿物质和微量元素，如山泉水、冰川水。
而矿物质水一般以城市的自来水为原水，经过纯净化加工，添加矿物质，杀菌处理后灌装而成。
在我国，天然矿泉水是比较缺少的，所以市面上所看到的多为经过加工的矿物质水。
